Love Song

I really do love and appreciate poetry. Poems and songs are great in expressing how one feels. To see the heart and creativity of man is inspiring. The psalm that I read today really caught my attention.
“My heart is overflowing with a good theme; I recite my composition concerning the King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.” Psalms 45:1
What was written was eloquent. Our Lord and Savior was written about in such a way that any woman would desire to be with Him. I don’t think I have ever written a poem so I will not start today. In my own speech, let me tell you what Psalm 45 went on to say about our King.
“No one looks better than You. The way You talk makes me want to hear everything You have to say. You are strength and no one can defeat You. You are the richest that there ever is or will be. Your character is flawless. In You no fault could be found. No one dresses better than You. No one smells as good as You.”
Then it gives one instruction on how to be His bride (which we know is the church). We must forget where we come from.
There is an artist I enjoy listening to a lot. My son Tre’Von introduced me to his music. His name is Elmiene. You should check out his song, “Mad at Fire“.
